Rawdon Myers is a certified service center for multiple manufacturers. Emergency service is available 24/7 at 1-800-543-7180. Service technicians, with service parts inventory, are located in OH and KY, so response is prompt and the expense and delay of using out-of-town service providers are eliminated.

At RMI, service technicians participate in manufacturers’ product seminars to keep up with today’s technology in order to better service customers. All Rawdon Myers, Inc. service technicians support, and are members of, AWWA, WEFTEC and ISA.

Service is available whether or not your equipment or systems were furnished and installed by RMI. Service contracts are available.
